Hi, I produce aircraft and tanks in pewter. I thought I would share with you some of the process. From my own CAD files I 3D print the fuselage and wing in ABS plastic.

These, and other, parts are then cleaned up to make masters from which I make moulds to cast the aircraft in pewter. The castings are then assembled, painted, decaled, based and finished by hand.
Hi Sera, I was hoping you'd share some of the other amazing work you do.
Thanks Bob. A long way to go yet. The smaller parts are printed out on my resin printer. The undercarriage will be cast in bronze. Hope fully I'll be able to crack on with the P-51 in a couple of weeks.
